Eilish Bouchier is the founder and director of eilish bouchier creative - be - cultivating teachings and tools, processes and experiences for entrepreneurial thinkers, leaders and businesses to craft stories that opens hearts, changes minds and inspires people into action as they build a business they love to live in and a brand they are proud to grow into.
Eilish has worked at the intersection of creativity, culture, commerce and consciousness for more than 25 years crafting brand stories for people, companies, products and experiences. She has long held the belief that business can be a model for what’s good in the world, and businesses don't fail, people fail the business. Her passion is empowering people to first lead themselves then their businesses, movements, lives better. Her signature InsideOut program has been described as better than an MBA.
Formerly the owner and director of studio51 an award winning boutique communications and branding agency with global clients like Apple,
Vodafone and HarperCollins, and locals such as the Charles Sturt University, Australian Bureau of Statistics, Wealthwise Education, Two Swedes Cooking.
Eilish held the position of Senior Lecturer in Design and Course Co-ordinator at Charles Sturt University. 
Eilish hosts PatChats a peer to peer business podcast and talk series and is on the Board of The Lansdowne Club.

Eilish graduated from The Limerick Institute of Technology in Design Communications, (formerly the Limerick School of Art and Design) Construction
Studies, Quantity Surveying Part 1 (RICS) and School for Social Entrepreneurs Fellowship Business Program. 
She’s a lifelong learner with ongoing studies in Business StartUps (FÁS), Project Management and Interactive design (University of Sydney), Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Level 1, (Kundalini Research Institute Amrit Nam Sarovar France), Lifestyles and Lifecycles Level 2 and Conscious Communication Level 2 (Kundalini Research Institute, AAA China), Mystery School of Tantra and Self Mastery and School of Self Mastery and Loving Presence (Divine University Project) and Floristry (Pearsons School of Floristry).

Eilish (rhymes with stylish, said like Irish. Replace the ‘r’ with an ‘l’ and you’re there) lives in Sydney where you’ll often see her cycling for a morning coffee and swim after her daily practice.
Eilish holds mastery in speaking (she’s Irish afterall), design thinking, experiential transformation facilitating, mentoring, design, yoga and meditation.
