WALKING-MEDITATING-JOURNALING-CONNECTING
Husband and wife, Sandrine and Scott are excited to offer this journey into the French culture, nature and history. This once in a life time journey is set on the iconic Camino de Santiago- Chemin de Compostel, if you are French! We will hike 131 kms through medieval villages, breath taking nature and of course delicious food! This will also be a perfect opportunity for reflection and connection. Connection to self, to nature, to history and of course to others. To deepen these connections, we will use tools such as journaling, creating nature Art and meditating. The Camino is growing in popularity and that is no wonder as to why. Having trekked 250kms of it last year, Sandrine has experienced firsthand its 'therapeutic' effect! This walk is not just a physical and visual experience; it is also a path to your inner growth and development. It originates from the Catholic tradition and is has grown to be all faith, with people from all walks of life taking on this pilgrimage for their very own reasons. This makes the journey very rich and diverse; it still lives within Sandrine and at time, is taken back there and realise how powerful the experience was. Bek has been teaching under the moniker of SEED yoga since completing 300 hour yoga teacher training in 2012.
With a particular interest in seasonal yoga, she has continued to deepen her knowledge and experience with further studies of Applied 5 Element and Cosmic 5 Element Theory. She is a ‘Bliss Baby’ qualified pre and postnatal yoga teacher and has a wealth of experience teaching yoga and mindfulness to children and teens. Bek is a dedicated seasonal yoga student, she also cherishes regular practice of yin yoga, pranayama and meditation, her practice has been a constant source of support and inspiration since the late 90s. As a teacher, she finds joy in sharing the myriad of benefits yoga has to offer. Bek has a deep affinity with nature and enjoys crafting classes in tune with its cycles and seasons. SEED Yoga classes at Onespace collective are timed to align perfectly with the seasons and run in 6 week blocks commencing Tuesday May 23, 6 - 7.10 p.m. Bek warmly invites you to commit to finding space to connect with body, mind and spirit as we explore slow, soulful practice to unwind at the end of the day. The TRE sessions are a great opportunity to release deeply held patterns of tension and stress, as well as to deepen connection with your body and mind, leading to greater ease, grounding and presence.
What is TRE?
TRE consist of six gentle exercises that are designed to stress the psoas muscle (also known as hip flexor muscle) that reply purely on the body’s natural ability to trigger tremors. This releases muscular tension, calming down the nervous system. When this natural mechanism is activated in a safe environment, the body is encouraged to return back to a state of balance. This therapeutic tremoring helps the body release deep muscular patterns of stress, tension, and even trauma
If you are new to TRE, please read the latest blog on the topic to find out more.
About the session:
The session will last for about 2h, it will include an introduction and explanation about TRE, space for any questions you might have. I will then start the exercises followed by some time for tremoring. The session will finish with a guided meditation and a closing circle and healthy treats at the end.

Tai’ Chi Gung, originally developed 3,300 years ago by the first Lama Boganathar, comprises a series of gentle movements aimed at promoting the flow of vital life force, known as Chi, throughout the body.
Boganathar, also known to the world as Lao Tzu, was a master of four distinct yoga disciplines: Japa/Mantra yoga, Hatha yoga, Kundalini yoga, and Pranayama yoga. However, he felt that something was missing from his practice. Seeking answers in nature, he spent over 50 years learning how to harness and direct the life force, Chi, in a way that fosters healing and regeneration within the body.
His expertise became so renowned that he was eventually called upon to assist Emperor Chen, who was suffering from what we now believe to be a neuromuscular disease. By adapting the standing exercises to suit Emperor Chen's needs, Lao Tzu managed to extend the young emperor's life by another 20-30 years.
Upon Emperor Chen’s passing, Lao Tzu journeyed to Darchen, Tibet, where he found 12 dedicated students to whom he imparted these profound techniques. These individuals became the inaugural 12 Master Lamas and founded the Lamasery around 1,300 BC.
The teachings of Tai’ Chi Gung have been passed down from master to student in an unbroken lineage ever since. In its essence, this regenerative system yields increased health, vitality, inner peace, and an overall sense of well-being.

Natalie is a Hypnobirth Childbirth Educator who has a particular interest in the role of stress and anxiety during preconception, pregnancy and labour and how this can affect mothers and their partners well into postpartum. Over the last 5 years she has supported over 400 couples as they prepare for birth and beyond.
Natalie came across hypnobirth by chance after a work colleague told her she ‘loved giving birth and couldn’t wait to do it again!’ It was the first time she had ever heard birth described so positively and she immediately signed up for the course.
Since then, Natalie has experienced two empowering, positive and life-changing births with her own children - one in hospital with a private obstetrician and the other at home with a private midwife.
Natalie is passionate about providing women and their birth partners with the tools and knowledge that will allow them to feel prepared and excited for their birth no matter what turn it takes. She specialises in breathwork and hypnosis and uses these tools to help women and their partners regulate their nervous systems, understand the physiology of birth and role of your hormones as well as create a positive mindset in preparation for the intensity and unpredictability not only of birth - but of parenthood. She is also trained in Optimal Maternal Positioning, Acupressure and Rebozo techniques to help prepare the physical body for birth. She has also completed studies in Birth Trauma and offers one-on-one debriefs to couples or mothers needing additional support. Natalie also facilitates support circles for Pregnancy Loss and the transition to motherhood through her 'Last Days of Pregnancy' workshops.

About Fabio
Fabio Fabbri left Italy to travel the world. Over twelve years, the many cultures and people he encountered fostered in him a great respect for individuality as well as for the ancient traditions.
Along the way, he discovered Yoga, dedicating himself to the practice, and also found his life partner Natalia, herself a psychotherapist, meditation teacher and Ayurvedic practitioner.
Together they formed Saffron Rose Yoga and Meditation, and between them have taught many hundreds of students both in Australia and worldwide, lectured at Nature Care College, as well as at Yoga Teacher Training programs on the Northern Beaches of Sydney.
Fabio's personal approach ‘on the mat’ is a combination of classical Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa, where movement meets breath to create a flowing meditation.
He has become particularly passionate about the principles and practices that take place ‘off the mat’ but that he believes are essential for a more authentic way of life. His main goal as a teacher is to increase people self-awareness, allowing their experience of Yoga to be extended into their daily life.
About the Yoga Classes:
Fabio teaches Yoga in a very traditional way, focusing on the care for each individual and with consideration to the anatomy and physiology as well as the deeper energetics of their system. In line with the ancient teachings, all classes are Hatha Yoga, meaning they involve some Asana (poses) both dynamic and static, Breath work (applied to the poses and some Pranayama as regulation of the breath as a stand alone practice), and some Relaxation and/or Meditation time. All classes are tailored to the students who are in the room at the time of teaching, meaning that we prioritise the meeting of the students’ needs over the “style” or the label of the class. However, we do try to infuse the classes with respect of the elements and seasons we are working with. Classes are open to anyone as variations of the practices and techniques are given to allow different level of experience and health to participate at their optimum.
